QUESTION: Ideas anyone? What has helped you save money?
Those are good ones. Where did you find the towels? I'm terrible with paper towels...I use sooo many. I used to do pretty good with only going to target/walmart once a month. Just compile a monthly list...you're bound to buy more than you need when you go. If you only go once a month, you won't buy as much extra stuff.
ReplyDeleteOH here's a great one...limit your clothing to places like target and Kohl's. $80 for a cardigan...or $15 at target. Think about it.
I actually found the towels at Aldi but I think you could probably get them at Walmart or Target. Good point on the clothing. However, in some cases the more expensive clothing last longer and therefore is a better investment. You are probably right though...I could cut back on clothes :)
ReplyDeleteBut do you really want to wear it for 10 years? It won't be in style then. :P I get sick of clothes after 2 years. So the cheaper clothing works out for me. And another point...will you actually stop buying clothes at some point...b/c you will have all of your expensive clothes that last forever? :P
ReplyDeleteP.S. I love your previous post about travel. I think it's good that you never feel completely fulfilled...that way you are always trying new things. :)
